Japan-Korea Joint Research

DESK Japan-Korea Joint Research began in Autumn of 2001 under the joint initiative by Prof. Morii (DESK) and Prof. Jaung (Chung-Ang University, Seoul, Korea). Japanese and Korean Europe experts should cooperate to analyze mainly the problems of Europeanization and its domestic impacts.

The last research meeting took place end December 2002 in Seoul. Since 2003 this Japan-Korea-Joint-Research developed to a Japan Foundation Asia Center project under the title of "Learning from History: Comparing Cooperation History in East Asia and Europe".
